From WGU:
"Qualitative MeasureThe university defines demonstrating a competency (a grade of Pass) as a grade equivalent to a “B” or better (3.0 on a 4-point scale). Students receive a mark of "Pass" or "Not Passed" on their permanent academic record for any courses for which they enroll in a term, regardless of whether they attempt an assessment. A grade of "Not Passed" is counted as competency units that are failed and are counted against SAP".
I can see this making a difference if you end up applying to an uber competative Doctoral program, maybe there are a few jobs out there where it would matter. I work in healthcare, been interviewed numerous times myself, I've sat on countless hiring committees for both clinical and non-clinical positions....never once has the subject of GPA come up unless the applicant happens to put it on their resume....even then I've not seen it become a matter of discussion. In my limited experience GPA is a non issue.
