You're talking about spending about 60 hours of study time total. In class time for a 3 credit class would be around 48 hours in a traditional setting. So this is doable time wise.
I recommend finding a good college biology book (get one with chapter summaries). Once you read / learn the material hit the sample tests and summaries. There is some fantastic material via youtube also e.g. search "mit biology"
