For what it's worth, I wouldn't worry too much about the undergraduate degree GPA.
IMO, just get the degree (it's a checkbox) and worry about Harvard later.
...and I disagree with a previous poster that you won't get into Harvard with a low GPA.
If you follow the link below, you will see that some schools at Harvard (in this case, Harvard Extension's ALM) offer open enrollment with zero mention of undergrad GPA.
