tsimmns Wrote:Will do. I have taken the ALS CDC, but not NCOA. Heck and if that knocks out some Management classes, that's even less that I need. I do need to knock out the Speech class I guess to complete my CCAF degree. I found I can get it cheap as dirt through BYU. Has anyone of you ever taken classes through there? I read a post one time about a woman on here who's daughter completed it in under a week.
I think you might mean me (although I am not a woman). Or maybe you mean someone else. I did the speech class through BYU IS and transferred it to CCAF. Its not as cheap as it used to be, but it is still fairly cheap (about $500 for 3 cr) and I did it in a week over my vacation and received an A.

After reading the new syllabus, the course seems a little different. I only needed to do voice recordings and send them in to my instructor. This new syllabus mentions visual aids and youtube, so the course has changed slightly and probably will take longer especially if you are using visual aids.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
