I'm doing a 2nd bachelors degree so in a way I transferred in 120 plus credits. For TESC a couple of complications are the capstone requirement for some programs and the diversity, social responsibility and ethics requirement. None of my previous credits satisfied the diversity, social responsibility and ethics requirements. Each college has their own requirements and will categorize classes differently. In order to graduate from TESC you have to be an enrolled student. Either pay the enrollment fee or the per credit tuition fee. The costs vary based on residence (NJ resident or out of state) or if your employer is part of the corporate choice program. For the residency requirements I'm not sure how it works. I am currently enrolled in the per credit tuition plan and according to my official evaluation the residency credits do not have to fit into the degree program.
