Transcripts from excelsior to TESC

Excelsior accepted my Microsoft, CompTIA and CCNA certifications for credit. It appears TESC does not. If I get my excelsior transcript sent to TESC, I assume any credit given for such certs would then be available at TESC as credit?

COSC accepted a number of my certs for credit, but when I sent my COSC transcripts to TESC, they only took the COSC classes from those transcripts.
