Using Khan Academy to prep for College Algebra CLEP?

We'd all do the same But for legal reasons, the company that hosts this website could get into legal trouble with the College Board for promoting or hosting copyrighted material. That's basically it in a nutshell. It's a good policy in general to do anything in a private setting.
