It's angered you because I disagreed with you? I've been polite and civil with you, and indicated to you why TECEP exams may not be as popular for students as UExcel exams that have instantcert.com flash cards, and practice exams. I also explained to you how your chances of getting into a better graduate program are better coming from a higher tier graduate program, why standardized exams are important, and explained to you how the statistics you provided about Excelsior's incomes were misleading (because the graduate of these programs already have careers). You then attacked my character and integrity through ad hominems. So if my opinions anger you, you just want to censure them? That speak volumes about yourself...

enough proof this thread should be locked and Exfactor needs a one week ban
I don't think the thread should be locked because of the racism, sexism, and crude/vulgar language one individual tries to dish out on others. This is the not the first time this "Exfactor" character has tried to flame/troll people he disagrees with, so others should not be censured because of the actions of one individual alone. I think as long as everyone can be civil, things will be ok. If you disagree, feel free to explain why, and if you don't have a cogent reason, then move on. It's just an internet discussion board, not a race to see who's the best...
I think the conversation has been educational overall, and informative - even if different sides have disagreed, discourse is always helpful for learning and advancing knowledge about any topic. But if the culture around here condones harassing, make vulgar, offensive, racist, sexist, and crude insults to other members for simply showing another point of view, then so be it and it'll only be to the detriment to any visitors to the forum. Whether or not a discussion angers an individual or many should not be the reason why a topic is locked or not, and if it is, then it's just censorship of opinion. I've discussed my opinions with people on many other discussion boards like reddit, collegeconfidential, and SDN, etc. and my opinions are not unusual by any means, and so far the responses by a minority of contributors here have been lopsided. My contention isn't that there is only one way to do things, in fact, I've given credit to several other programs including Sanantones, and it's a fact that there are different ways to achieving the same goal. Whether or not I or anyone else is right is not the concern - they are my opinions, and it's up to students to decide for themselves if they agree with some or even all of what I have to say.
Best of luck.
