Also, does anyone know if the upper level TCC courses count towards the 15 UL credits required by TESC for Liberal Studies "Area of Study"?

Not sure if all UL TCC courses would transfer as UL at TESC, but I know some would. You could verify the courses you're planning to take with an academic adviser before proceeding. They won't add it to the academic evaluation since it's NCCRS-recommended, but if you get the right adviser, you might receive the course equivalencies.
