I took the Bio lab in 2013. The lab kit was way overpriced and I think I could have purchased most of the supplies somewhere else and saved a lot of money (I didn't want to take the chance though).
Last year I was told they were planning on redesigning it (and maybe going with a different supplier) so I don't know if my lab experience will differ from someone who took it recently but that's my two cents.
