Allow me to be the first to welcome you to the forum. Thank you for being so frank and honest, I'm happy to see you got it together and turned things around; the good Lord knows we have ALL done things in our youth we've regretted at one time or another.
I can only speak on Excelsior as they are the school I finally finished through, but when I sent my transcripts to them for a review, anything that was a "C" grade or above was accepted. I would recommend you contact the Excelsior Addmissions department and see what they have to say; the call is free and the worst that can happen is they say no, though I don't think that will be the case.
