Torah College Credits - new testing options - clarifications

I can see that there are upper level courses like A Social History of Jewish Food (SOC-302) on the home page, but when I created an account and logged in to see the study materials, I couldn't find that course. I looked under the 3 main headings. Any guidance on finding the study guides?

Also, does anyone know if the upper level TCC courses count towards the 15 UL credits required by TESC for Liberal Studies "Area of Study"?
