Torah College Credits - new testing options - clarifications
#16
Torah College Credits Wrote:Thanks for the warm welcome.
1. Testing centers may be set up as proctors.
2. Yes, Eng Comp I and II fulfill the written English requirement at EC, TESC and COSC
3. English Comp I consists of five essay assignments and one exam.

The directions for the essay assignments are very thorough and include sample essays; additionally there are short video instructions to help guide you. These essays are written at home at your own pace, and you can contact us anytime you need help.

The exam covers basic writing form, punctuation, and grammar. There is a study guide which covers everything you need to know. This exam needs to be taken with a proctor which we can set up near by you, or by using ProctorU.

English Comp II consists of six essay assignments with similar guidance to Eng Comp I.

The cost for each course is $255 plus a one time enrollment fee which is now at a special rate of $50. This rate is good till April

Okay, thank you for all the info! Two other questions....when you say complete at your own pace, does that mean that a student could sign up now to take advantage of the special offer, but then wait to start the class for a few months? Also, are the essay assignments for English I and II graded or is the grade for the class solely based on the exam?

Thank you!
