I would go ahead and post questions. Cookderosa, the original poster, is obviously still an active member. There are also others who I'm sure over the years have experience that may be of use. Since this thread happens to be, in my opinion, the best I've ever read on the subject I always refer others to it for insight/guidance. Which is what I did earlier and is most likely the reason why Cook answered the question posted awhile ago. I don't think it matters if the posted question is dated if the answer is still relevant.

Just an opinion.

I answered it because the thread got a "like" which appeared as a notification in my box yesterday.
Somehow, I must have missed that old question, but that doesn't mean they don't get an answer. Better late than never.
