I'll go ahead and say thank you sanantone, I was about to start replying to the thread and asking questions of earlier posters, but in the process of hitting the reply button, yours posted. I had a nice long post with plenty of directed questions too. I really need to start looking at posting dates...

I would go ahead and post questions. Cookderosa, the original poster, is obviously still an active member. There are also others who I'm sure over the years have experience that may be of use. Since this thread happens to be, in my opinion, the best I've ever read on the subject I always refer others to it for insight/guidance. Which is what I did earlier and is most likely the reason why Cook answered the question posted awhile ago. I don't think it matters if the posted question is dated if the answer is still relevant.

Just an opinion.
