I transferred 2 Saylor courses to TESC in November of 2013 so I'm not sure how recently you are looking for, but I don't think the process has changed any since then. I transferred Corporate Communications and Business Law and Ethics. They were transcribed as COM-373 and LAW-201. If you go to this page Credit Transfer Partner Schools | Saylor Academy and click on Thomas Edison, it will show you how the Saylor courses will be transcribed. The process to transfer the courses is fairly simple. After completing the Saylor courses that you need, send a transcript request form http://www.saylor.org/site/wp-content/up...t-Form.pdf. You need to include a envelope with the address and postage on it. Then they'll send it to TESC for you. You can also have a copy mailed to you.
