Anyone do any trades or hobbies?

I am curious on does anyone do any trades or hobbies?

My trade is a chef, so that lends itself to lots of interesting hobbies. I enjoy all aspects of food topics, from public health and food insecurity to growing vegetable gardens, nutrition, food culture and anthropology, food preparation, extreme coupon grocery shopping, food science, throwing/catering parties, butchering, fishing, restaurant trends, reading and writing menus, etc. If it relates to food it's pretty much in my interest circle. My thesis was nutrition education taught in culinary arts degree programs, but my current job is as a nutrition research chef (which isn't really about nutrition or research or cheffing, but anyway.....). Also very interested in beverages.
