I'm also certified in OC spray, handcuffing, baton, and defensive tactics. I took a Krav Maga course, but there is no certificate that comes with it. 
I was going to be licensed as a personal protection officer (bodyguard), but the security company I worked for at the time refused to register Level 4 licenses. In Texas, one can only earn a security license or renew it through a security employer.
Free certificates are great too. I did the Professional Development Series with FEMA just for the heck of it. I earned three certificates for emergency responders from TEEX. This free certificate in public health is what I'm doing next.
