Congratulations. I know that feeling. 
TESC doesn't send an admission package in the mail- at least they didn't send it to me. Maybe it's because I am an international student, but I doubt they send anything... They do send TECEP results in the mail. Thay also send your graduation results and certification notification in the mail. They'll send an email, congratulating you and giving you some tips on what to do and how to proceed with your studentship. TESC seems to have stopped providing a paper (hard copy ID). Now, students can access their IDs online the OSS. It doesn't. Its just something simple with your name, student ID, and enrollment date info.
