WHEN should I apply to COSC? Still finishing up at a tech school

Do you all know whether Excelsior or Charter Oak would consider OCTA technical college courses for a bachelors?

Once I complete my associates, I will have over 134 credits...15 hours of upper division comm, lots of health science credits and gen ed (see classes below). I am pursuing an Occupational Therapy Assistant associates in applied science. I would love to almost immediately apply for my BS.
