There are tabs on that page for elementary and secondary ratings. The rankings put both graduate and undergraduate rankings together. The differences can be quite large. For example, in secondary teacher preparation, the University of Houston is ranked 23 for its undergraduate program and 247 for its graduate program. For elementary teacher preparation, undergraduate is 7 and graduate is 22.
