Yes to question 1 and no to question 2. I completed Intro to Stats first, reaching a learning progress of 96%; then took the initial assessment for Stats for the Behavioral Sciences and nailed it above 80%. Got credits for both of them. I would say they are nearly identical in content. Business Stats has several more topics, but if you've studied the other Stats well, you may be able to nail it at above 70% on the initial assessment as well.
TESC will only award credits for one of the 3 ALEKS Statistics courses since the credits overlap. Alternatively, Saylor has a Business Statistics course which has a TESC equivalency of an OPM course, so it will not overlap with the ALEKS Statistics courses.
