I just got off the phone after talking to an EC counsellor. He said that there shouldn't be a problem if you are considering transferring credits from another school to satisfy the Business Policy requirement even after 9/1/2007. According to him, the restriction applies to using proficiency exams for satisfying the requirement. However, their website states otherwise: https://www.excelsior.edu/portal/page?_p...ema=PORTAL :confused:

I'm waiting for a written confirmation from them now!
