Do you have to pay the 3,000 something annual enrollment fee, or does the per credit tuition replace that?

Only the Enrolled Options Plan requires the $3,062 enrollment fee. This plan is popular since it's the cheapest one that does not require you to take any courses/tests through TESC except for the capstone in most of the degree programs. The Per Credit Tuition Plan requires 12 credits in residence for associates degrees and 24 credits in residence for bachelors degrees. TECEPs, ePacks, portfolio assessments, and online/guided study courses count toward the residency requirement. While tuition goes up to $476 per credit hour under the Per Credit Tuition Plan, TECEPs are still $108 for non-residents and portfolio assessments $350 for the first 12 credits and $200 for every 6 credits (or part thereof) thereafter.
