At a glance i think you could complete an AA/AS at Charter Oak with the following:
Ethics (I wonder if your Philosophy will work, but I doubt it, DSST and Saylor have exams or courses that will work though).
4 credits in science with a lab. Straighterline would be my choice.
Cornerstone Course, 3 credits
The course, the application fee, and the graduation fee would be around $1100 total, SL Biology would be around $300 with the lab kit if you finish in 1 month, the DSST Ethics is about $100. It would take you around 8-10 weeks once the semester starts.
