It is probably not so much that they have not received it (though you should double-check what 4-digit number was entered on your DSST registration profile page), but more likely how long it is taking the registrar's office to process your score.
DSST prints official results twice a week (unless this has changed in the past 5 years or so) and then processes them into first class mail. This mail is coming from MN and going to TESC in NJ. Almost all testing programs ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of scores and they will not make another attempt until the maximum time has elapsed (3 weeks).
Has TESC been closed for a spring break during any of March? Have you verified with the registrar's office that they have not received it or are you just looking at your online record and noticing that the credits have not been applied? There is a difference. You might want to give the registrar's office a call to see.
