The book is really tedious to get through but once you do it shouldn't be too hard to pull out a good grade. I recommend you get the ebook for the course because the physical textbook has a poor index which makes it hard to look up stuff on the tests. Other people on the forum have been able to search the ebook to look up the answers faster. The final mostly consists of questions from the other tests in the course.
