Reading their posted requirements, I find it remarkable that they're giving you grief over this:

Correspondence, online courses and CLEP credit are acceptable when you receive credit for the courses at a regionally accredited university. These courses must appear on an official transcript. (Source: New Hampshire | NASBA and here: http://www.nasba.org/files/2011/02/Info_...pshire.pdf)

Isn't that precisely what those ACE credits would be? And sheesh, you're going for the MS, so it's not like you're trying to weasel in or something. This is absolutely baffling to me. If they turned me down because of 3 or 9 credits I could "replace" with CLEP or something else relatively easily, I might just do that, but if it's a bunch, I might do my best to appeal/fight this.
