For anyone earning their degree from other colleges/universities, please make sure to contact your registrar's office if there seems to be a delay. Many times the office has received the official score/transcript but it can take some time before the credits are actually processed onto your account. If this seems to be the case, ask your registrar's office how long it typically takes from receipt of the transcript to appearance on a student's account.
There is no control over the time that the postal service takes to deliver first-class mail from NJ or MN to your school's location. Both programs ask that you allow 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) for official scores to be received. If your school receives them in less time, great!
In the event that your school never receives your official score, CLEP and DSST should resend without charging you any additional fee as long as you designated your school to receive your official score. There is always going to be the possibility of human error and/or computer error.
