...The best that you can do is watch your email from TESC for planned outages and coordinate your studies around them.

Although this is the best we can do this outage is fail on TESC's part. This outage was only supposed to be Thursday evening for a few hours. Its still down 58+ hours later so it sounds like they've really screwed something up. I work in IT and am certain that for it to still be down after several days something has gone seriously wrong. Typically you would have a rollback plan to undo you "upgrades" if something goes wrong but maybe that wasn't planned or failed as well. Just speculating.

Although there is an alternative way to access your courses I've found no way to get to the TECEP links so I can take one of my TECEP tests I planned for this weekend.

Original email from TESC last week about this outage:

"Thomas Edison State College is again taking the myEdison Student Portal offline on Thursday, March 6 beginning at 5 p.m. (ET) and should be back online by 12 a.m. on Friday, March 7."
