I did not use ECE, but WES instead, although I am sure the process will be very similar. Your husband would just have his college transcripts, as well as any A-Level transcripts, sent directly from the colleges he attended to ECE. You tell ECE that you want the report sent to TESC and they will send that directly. In the case of WES to TESC this was done electronically. He could be a lot closer to a degree than he thinks as I got 27 credits for my secondary school transcript alone.
