So I got further along in the application process.
The original program I had applied to, apparently, was NOT the FlexPath program, although I thought it was.
Once changing to the FlexPath program, I was subjected to several proficiency exams before I could be accepted (writing proficiency, math proficiency, and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets).
I did quite well these assessments. If a student did not do well on these subjects, it would have been recommended that they sign up for the regular MBA.
Capella received my transcripts today, and I was accepted immediately. The tuition is reasonable, so I think I will go ahead and take courses in the first term. If I like it, I'll stay. If not, I'm only out $2k.
I'm looking forward to being a Masters degree student.
