It's really up to the University of Louisville whether or not they will accept ACE or FEMA credits. Just because one school accepts them and puts them on a transcript doesn't mean that another institution will automatically accept them.
The Freshman College Composition CLEP I passed was accepted at two of the schools I've attended and rejected at two others. The fact that it was listed on two different transcripts did not prompt the other two schools to accept it. If that makes sense.
