Can I transfer credit FROM TESC/Excelsior to my home regional state university?

Quite simple as that. I live in Kentucky and I attend the University of Louisville. Thomas Edison State College & Excelsior College accept A) FEMA credits B) ALL of the CLEP credits C) All of the Dantes credits.

If I were able to get these on a transcript from TESC or Excelsior, would it be possible to transfer them to my state college with ease, or is that not possible?
