Secondly, many years ago one of my Sensei from Japan reminded me of Family First and all others, including friends, work, school are second and I have lived by that advice ever since and I urge you to do the same and know that school will be there waiting for you after you deal with your family concerns. You need time for them, and yourself - time to process and time to heal; injuries do not always manifest themselves on the surface and never materialize at once.

Third, take a time out, live for now - in the moment for you and your family and allow yourself the ability to sort things out. Remember...slow and steady wins the race![/COLOR]
