I believe Excelsior has this broad restriction on non-college-source transfer credit for "core degree subjects" only for programs from Excelsior's School of Nursing. In restating Excelsior's policy, Straighterline seems to have missed the "from the School of Nursing" clause. See my post on this from earlier this year.
