I took this course from TESC in Guided Study format (not recommended, go with Online if taking it from them). I did not find any flashcards or pre-assembled study guides, but I do recommend doing supplemental research on the topics because the text they use (or used, at least, in early 2012 when I took it) was abysmal; it was a collection of documents written by experts in the field with little in the way of interpretation, many of which were written before or not long after the turn of the 20th century. Plodding through the language and terminology was not unlike wading through molasses. Look up other scholars' interpretations of the documents after your first read-through to get a measuring stick by which to frame the material, and definitely buy the second book as it was far more helpful.
If you've taken Organizational Behavior and/or Principles of Management, many of the theories will sound familiar, just with different names. Refer back to those course materials, and you'll do fine.
Good luck! You'll do fine.
