Yes, your transcript would officially say "Learner Designed Area of Study," but it would be obvious to all who see your transcript that you have 30 hours in one specific area of study- no hodgepodge of classes. I suggested an LDAS instead of Foreign Language because they only seem to have French/ Spanish/ German/ Italian as possible majors, and also because you don't have the History of PF Civilization and Masterpieces of PF Literature courses. Perhaps call it LDAS in Persian- Farsi Studies?
