You're both right! In Spanish, Perriquit tiene razón. In English, Sanantone is right.
If you study Spanish in school, in Latin America, you're usually said to be taking "castellano," rather than "español." Of course, you learn and speak Latin American Spanish. However, when English-speakers talk about "Castilian Spanish," they mean Spanish as spoken in Spain.
