I'm not Catholic but I am an IT Director of a Jesuit University, Seattle University. Regis is a Roman Catholic Jesuit school, like Seattle University, Creighton, Boston College and Georgetown. Notre Dame, while Catholic, is run by a different order, the Congregation of the Holy Cross. The University of Portland, I think, is also a CHC school.
While I've never seen a Regis Degree in person, but I can't imagine any circumstance under which their degrees would reference Notre Dame.
