Okay so now I found out that I will need to take 3 more tests because of the TESC new policies. Do I have other options? Would my credits work better with Penn State or Charter Oak? I am so sad that they changed their credit distribution!!! I was a couple of days from enrolling and finishing my degree. Please help!!
