Maybe it won't count toward the residency requirement. I don't know, but I find it hard to believe that TESC will let you get out of the $3,000 enrollment fee by taking $800 worth of TECEPs when they are increasing tuition rates for courses to over $400/credit under the Per Credit Plan. They are obviously doing this to make up for the loss of the enrollment fee. There is also the possibility that they could start charging non-enrolled students more for TECEPs like they did in the past.
