Thomas Edison new Per Credit Tuition

I didn't see the chart, but I saw the quoted info last week. I wasn't excited about it, so I didn't post it here. LOL. The residency requirement kills the whole deal. But I'm wondering, if you take 8 TECEPs at $100 each, have you met the 24 credit hour residency requirement? Or, do they charge you the full tuition rate if you're not under the Enrolled Options Plan?

I think it states that a TECEP is an acceptable form of meeting residency requirements.
