The final is a test that you give the answer in word and you have to show your work. You can just put in the formulas that you inputed on your calculator to get your answer. The professor even accepts excel formulas. You will then upload that for grading and in about 5 days you will get your final grade. I always ask Penn Foster before taking a course if there is a proctor requirement. When I took the course in April it did NOT have a proctor requirement.
