I wouldn't worry about which college at this point. Just start knocking out tests while you are deployed. Prioritize general education stuff: humanities, social science, natural science, math, etc. Once you are past the general education classes you can start getting more specific. If you are on a personal computer with java capabilities, you could knock out some higher level math and statistics through Aleks. If I were starting from scratch, I would finish a bunch of tests before worrying too much about which college.
Depending on your MOS, AFSC, (Navy equivalent), you may have quite a few credits to transfer in. I brought 59 credits from the Community College of the Air Force and most applied to my liberal arts degree.
