I'm sorry; I don't have a lot of time to answer this right now.

Here is the link you need for EC: School Catalogs - excelsior.edu

Application, Enroll, 3xcredit for Capstone course, and graduation fee should be about $2800.

The Student Service Annual Fee is only needed to extend enrollment for a second year.

All 3 schools require a capstone now.
AS in 2010 and BS in 2013 at Excelsior College - Transcripts and Costs
MS Biostatistics in 2019 at Texas A&M University - Graduate School

Sharing Credit-by-Exam* and Help for Veterans
Resources Used - 20+ Exams Passed & General GRE
Practice Tests - Available for CLEP and DSST
