I don't know of a tech fee at COSC....so that would be money you pocket as well.
I wouldn't recommend you take any COSC classes except the required Cornerstone and Capstone....take everything else somewhere else. You can work out a consortium agreement to take classes at another college....it will be much cheaper.
Cook is right your loan far exceeds your needs....be really careful borrowing money for this. If you really have no other way to pay then borrow the bare minimum....this is genuinely dangerous ground for your personal finances.
What courses are you taking other than cornerstone?
