Thanks for all your advice NAP. I made a couple more changes (i.e. taking your advice). I left the enrollment as it was because I figure most people can take the vast majority of CBEs without enrolling anywhere and then enroll around the time they are ready to graduate. So unless I'm missing something, they save money by not doing the Multi-Source Enrollment.
