If so, for the free electives I'd go with something that is actually "free." Take the FEMA courses listed here: Emergency Management Institute - FEMA Independent Study Program - Search They are incredibly easy and will satisfy the free electives. All you have to do is fill out this form http://training.fema.gov/EMIWeb/downloads/tranrqst1.pdf after you finish the courses, and send it to TESC.
