On excluding credits, in the 2012-2013 Charter Oak catalog [pdf], see page 35 of the pdf pagination, 28 of the printed, "Academic Forgiveness Policy." There are restrictions as to when and how this policy can be invoked. There's a limited window; it's not just available on request whenever.

I won't be asking to exclude any prior credits. I have done lots of research and getting the BS will create a shorter path to my MSN for far less money than a BSN I don't need. Thanks Jonathan
